User Accounts

      Usernames and passwords are specific to an individual and must not be made available for others to use. Users will be held accountable for any charges incurred against their individual account.

Statutory obligation

Utility companies have a statutory obligation to record their assets and make the data available to third parties such as local councils and other utilities that need to excavate in the highways, CityFibre therefore provides access to asset location information free of charge to authorised parties.

Use of Maps

In the event that maps are printed from this service by a user with statutory access rights, the map may not be made available to members of the public unless utility infrastructure is present on the map.  No charge can be made for the provision of this service.  The resale of CityFibre information is prohibited.

Printing

The quality and accuracy of any prints produced from this service depend upon the specific printer and printer driver that are used. CityFibre takes no responsibility for the results of actions arising from distortions and inaccuracies introduced by the user's printer.

Warranties and Disclaimers

All information, software, products and related graphics contained on this service are provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall CityFibre be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use incurred by users or any third party, whether in action, in contract, in tort, or otherwise arising from your access to or use of this website.
